Q: I'm not sure if I have enough valuable items to make an estate sale worthwhile... How can I tell?

A: If you wish, Aristocrat Estate Sales will send a representative to your home for a free evaluation. We offer a variety of services, so even if the time isn't right for an estate sale, we may be able to offer you a positive solution. If you would like an evaluation, please provide us with your contact information via email, contact John Peters in person at 720.298.5101 .

Q: How is an estate sale different from a yard or garage sale?

A: A yard sale is typically conducted by the occupant of a house to sell odds and ends that are no longer needed. An estate sale is more often conducted by a professional estate management service, with the intention of selling the whole or partial contents of a home. Estate Sales often draw a much larger turnout than yard sales because they have more to offer potential buyers -- furniture, carpets, kitchenware, jewelry, antiques, etc. An Estate Sale is almost always preferable to a yard sale when the owner, occupant, or manager of an estate needs to liquidate its full or partial contents. Because this can be an overwhelming task, especially in the face of whatever circumstances brought about the need for liquidation -- death in the family, moving across country, moving to a smaller home, etc. -- a Professional Estate Sale Organizer is often called in to arrange the sale. 

Q: What is your privacy policy?

A: Aristocrat Estate Sales will never send you unsolicited email or sell your contact information to any third party. However, please bear in mind that any information you send via our contact forms may be seen by a third party as it travels to us over the internet. With that in mind, please don't use our contact forms to send us confidential information.      

 

Q: What is your fee?

A: If you decide to hire Aristocrat Estate Sales to organize your Estate Sale, we will price, organize items and execute the sale for a pre-determined percentage of the sale profits. There will be no out-of-pocket costs to you!!!

A: Please view our Next Sale & Events page. It is updated regularly to bring you the latest information about sales in your area. If you wish, you may join our mailing list to be notified when sale information is updated. You may add yourself by clicking here.
